Kinja'd!!!

I will forever miss the 90's. It's such a shame.

Oh, and this too...

Yacko: Do you have any enemies?

Euro Hippos: No

Yacko: Do you have any creditors?

Euro Hippos: No

Absolutely incredible.

I was in high school when this show started, and was 21 when the show ended.

Admittedly, I still watched it (and no, I wasn't a stoner).

Clearly, you had excellent taste in television programming.

Funny story.

I took my daughters in for some kiddy pictures at the local photographer, and there was a lady who was about ten years older than I am there as well. She looked ridiculously familiar. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore: I asked her how I knew her. She looked at me, surmised that I was in my mid-30's, and began laughing, telling me that I had no business watching cartoons in high school.

She was the after school cartoons programming host in 1995-ish on the local Fox affiliate. The same channel that showed Animaniacs. I was somewhat embarrassed.

Holy cow... Talk about small world. That's crazy stuff right there.

Things like that never happen to me.

Weird coincidences happen with me.

I recently traveled halfway across the country for an NFL football game and sat directly behind one of my old clients at the stadium. Behind me sat one of my wife's clients. God has a sense of humor, and he proves it to me often.

There was supposed to be a linked video in my comment. Let me try that again.

That was thoroughly entertaining.

In fact, there's a deeper issue here that I would love to explore further - specifically the evolution of subject matter in children's cartoons over time. But this forum isn't the right place for it. Because racecar.

Nah, this is a perfectly acceptable place. Because offtopic.

Animaniacs was a spectacular cartoon. Just so well written. We watched in college and just laughed.
