Awesome, till they put something not as durable as that truck on the truck.

clever. Owning one of these is on my bucket list for sure. Not sure I'd put a camper on the back though.

Get rid of the civilian camper on the back, weld a bespoke frame and covering, add insulation, and done. The best thing is the built-in expandable Party Patio!

Woohoo! Come at me apocalypse.

There also needs to be a 24" version to stick on the hood. Just sayin'.

I'd rather build a 1/2" plate steel shelter on the back of it with full foam insulation and make a roving impenetrable fortress. Plus I'd give it the A-Team treatment of armoring the cab so I could have a complete zombie free shelter/rolling fortress of doom, with a top level patio of course.

There are also insulated army boxes for them. Can't remember original purpose, but they're populer for Deuce campers.

What you're thinking about may be radio boxes - communications and/or surveillance/reconnaissance setup. Either way, if one could be found it would be pretty wicked!

1/2" might be a bit much for just zombie apocalypse, but anarchic upheaval/property defense, it sounds about right!

M109, according to the poster. He describes it as just "An insulated box"

It'd be a multipurpose vehicle suited for any urban assault/defense situation, well in my mind at least. I'd probably try to figure out how to get an accordion linked trailer added on with its own motor and drive wheels too, you never know what you may come upon and you can never have too much storage space in a survival vehicle. . . Yeah hypothetical end of the world vehicles!
