Not really. The WW1 involvement of the US was relatively minimal, the WW2 image is about the Nazis conquering Europe. The US was still neutral back then, uninvolved. Germany started conquering Europe in 1939, and had succeeded in 1940 (excluding UK). War between Germany and the US was declared in December 1941, so a year and a half after France (and most other European countries) were defeated and had surrendered.

I'll give you minimal involvement in WW1 but the WW2 is subjective as to which part of the war it is.

The real question is, how different would the world be today if Germany had conquered but not gone insane with genocide? If they had taken over all those countries and never killed innocents, the US probably would have stayed out of it and all of europe except the UK might be speaking German...

Just interesting to think about sometimes.

The WW2 picture shows a strong nazi Germany, dead Euro countries and the UK limping away wounded. Seems like the second half of 1940 to me, but whatever, it's just a cartoon.

The alternative future is interesting to me, especially because I live in Europe. Specifically in one of the countries in the WW2 picture (the Netherlands). I don't think genocide was what did Germany in though. It was only revealed after the war had ended anyway. I think Hitler's major military flaw was declaring war on the Soviet Union. Had Hitler kept Stalin as a friend and had he placed a capable general in charge of military strategy (in stead of himself) I think the world would be a different place today. With the Soviets neutral or allies to Hitler I doubt the UK with the help of the US, Canada and some other smaller countries would've been able to defeat Hitler.

What I consider the most interesting is how Europe under Nazi rule would've progressed into the 1950s and beyond. Would the countries have evolved back into democracies? How would Cold War have happened differently, with a much smaller Soviet bloc?
