Country of origin is irrelevant when it comes to drag racing. It's all just physics.

Although I wonder if you could build a car that actually runs on rice... that would be badass, and hilarious if it drag raced. Hm...

Dude, I'm talking about your stereotypical Honda ricers here, not saying having a Japanese produced car (or even a hot Civic) makes you a ricer. On the contrary, I'm quite dismayed about how people put them down instantly just because it's a ricer's first choice of car.

I'm joking, but I have to admit, the term "ricer" has really fallen out of use. There are just as many people who fit the "Ricer" stereotype that drive early 90s Camaros as there are who drive Civics.

In fact, outside of urban areas, I'd be willing to guess there are more people who think they have a fast car because their parents bought them a stock Camaro/Mustang V6 or SS/GT for $5000 and they suddenly think that RWD and a famous name makes them fast.

But we can all agree that anyone who has a relatively slow car, with bad modifications, and no mechanical/driving skill, but act self-entitled to absurd claims are the scum of the earth.
