Rodel's "Notorious" MK3 Supra; pictures taken back at Toyota Fest 2011.
I feel like it's one of the more tastefully modified MK3s. Too bad this generation doesn't get as much love as the fourth generations do.
The pictures aren't mine, they were taken/edited by Kevin Hodak. I wish mine had turned out halfway as nice.

Here's a clearer shot of the rear-end to show off that nice diffuser he's running.

I love me some A70 Supra's, but I am not a fan of this one, visually. If it lost the chrome wheels, red calipers, and body kit stuff I could dig it. Personal preference and all that. Also I prefer the early model front ends to the newer ones, but that's just me.

This would be perfect if it had black wheels.

These are near or at the top of my hobby-car list.
I like everything except the overly-busy side skirts, and the awkward overly-vented hood.
But that is just because I am liking clean bodywork more and more all the time.
A rare, factory, JDM JZA70. (no 7M-GTE engine... a 1JZ-GTE, built that way by Toyota)

Glad to see there's a few others that have some love for the A70! :D
Body modifications seem to be a hit or miss and always come down to personal opinion, so to each their own. That said, the car is far more beautiful in person than in pictures, and has quite a presence when you're around it.
Being the owner of a '91, I'll have to disagree about the front ends. I'll take my "pig nose" any day, the pre-89 front end just looks too dated for me.

They are great GT cars and make for a really good project/hobby! Very comfy and fairly easy to keep going. Just have to deal with the maintenance before it becomes a problem like any other car. I'd recommend one, especially since they are a dime a dozen now.
I could see the side skirts looking strange in the pictures, they do look better in real life. Stock lines will always be classic and good looking; and there's very few kits that look great on this generation.
I'm loving that JZA70 though! Nice, simple and clean. (Although there is nothing wrong with a 7M either...)

Ah, see I love the early fronts because they look like a natural evolution of the A60, which is my favorite Supra. But I'm an old school 80's-70's Toyota lover.
