I don't foresee any problems, so I am risking doing this on a weekday evening, haha.
I was also thinking about setting up my blow off valve's (on 3.5 EB, 2010 SHO) to vent to atmosphere, the currently recirculate into some tube so you don't hear them. Do you guys see any problems with this? It's a matter of taking off the tube and capping off the end that goes into the recirc tube, I ordered a part from mcmaster to do this.

I don't think there's a problem with venting the blow off valve. While you're at it, stick a duck call in there.

Depends on where the MAF is. If the MAF is expecting that air to recirculate, it's going to run pig rich and bog, possibly flood or stall, while venting precious precious o2 to the atmosphere.

What Vdub_nut said. The MAF is looking for the air to recirculate into the intake system, VTA will cause the system to run rich when you vent. Every Subaru guy wants to run a BOV for the cool noise, but it does not have any upsides until you are pushing serious power. I know on the subaru, there is something called a snorkus, which silences the woosh off throttle. 5 mins and the part is removed, and wooshing noises are back.

The car is Speed Density, therefore I am told that shouldn't be an issue.

Would you say I should do the air intake first, see how it runs for a few days, then mess with the bov's? So that it's easier to track down any potential problems?
Personally I am inclined to say, what could go wrong? Both of these modifications seem pretty straight forward and routine. + the air intake has to come out to get at the BOV's so it is a good opportunity to get at them while its out.

I personally don't see any problem doing both of these mods at the same time. It'd be easier since the air intake needs to be out to get to the BOV's. Do you? Should I do them some time apart to find any problems associated with either?
