This is my mate with his Volkswagen LT35. It's (the van, not him) is a big old bag of shite but he likes it and spent £2000 on a sound system, and recently had the wheels refurbished.
After you've had wheels painted you're meant to check the nuts to make sure they're tight.
He failed to do so. One fell off, as you can see in the photo. Oops

Reminds me of something I saw a couple of months ago, when a lifted K-5 Blazer lost a wheel.
Likely, the darn thing must have nearly tipped over.
That's an assumption, considering I only saw it sitting on the side of the road near a ditch, and the police were already there.
It left one heck of a gash in the road, too.

I left a gash in the road when I crashed my Yamaha R1. The entire right side was wrecked
