L.A. people: Anyone know if the Angeles Crest hwy (The 2) is open?

I'm concerned, since the Angeles National Forest is closed due to the shutdown. I see no indication that the roads are closed on the website, but don't really want to make the drive out there to find they've shut the gates on the road.

Seems like the perfect excuse to go for a drive! Try checking motorcycle forums. They might have up to date info.

It was closed when I drove past last Saturday. Mt Baldy Rd is open though.
