He should've done something to stop it.
But of course, he'll probably just get suspended with pay for 2 weeks. That's not punishment; it's a vacation. Or he might even be allowed to retire.
He *might* face criminal charges since the RR driver is Asian. If Lien was black, then the cop would have nothing to worry about. Afroduck was only charged because of the afro part.

For a moment, consider that he might have been trying to maintain his cover. We don't know what the was doing with the group, maybe he was trying to bust a drug cartel or a child pornography ring.
As bad as his actions were, it seems a bit unfair to me to jump down the guys throat without the full story.
