I'd say somewhere between $36-46k. Defs not over because it's the 'awkward' 2+2 coupe and not a series one.

That's a Series 3 2+2
This is the pecking order for E-Types
S1 OTS (convertible)
S3 OTS
S2 OTS
S1 FHC (fixed head coupe)
S3 2+2
S2 FHC
S1 2+2
S2 2+2
Notice that there is no S3 FHC. All the S3 cars were based on the longer 2+2 wheelbase, so there are only two models of S3 car. The OTS is also a long wheelbase car. The 2+2 also has a higher roof, and is a little awkward looking compared to the two seater coupes.
I may have the S3 2+2 in the wrong place. It might be down amongst the other 2+2 cars, but since there is no FHC, it may be right there in the middle where I have it.
Keep that in mind when pricing these out. Automatics also take a little hit in price, too.
