Any of you out there have a Xperia Z? Or the Z1?
What are the real life pro's and con's?
Is the Z1 one worth it? (would be the difference between €37,50 and €47,50 a month)
Any other phone you would recommend?
As a thanks and as a way to keep this topical here is a video of the driftking hooning a NSX S-zero down the touge track.

Well, I work for a cellphone operator, so I've try both of them for a week.
And I think you better go with the Z1, if you planning to use it for a long time. Newer hardware, much better camera and screen, and the Z is a bit warmer during day-to day usage.
If you love to put custom roms in it, or on a tight budget, yo better take the Z. But you'll miss quite a lot.
*or you can simply import JDM phone like me ;)

Thanks for the feedback.
Yeah the importing a JDM phone is a thought i've been playing with too. Any you can recommend me?
Problem tough is that a similair sim-only plan isn't that far off from the €37,50.
Also, what do you mean with "warmer"? And I read a lot of conflicting stuff on the batterylife of both. What was your experience?
And is the difference really worth a 25% a month increase in

Well, depend on your budget.
Mine was a Docomo Fujitsu F-02E Arrows X Nvidia Tegra 3, I bought for 325bucks, sim-free.
Waterproof, 16.7mp Sony Exmor-R camera, Android 4.2, 2GB ram, and cones with a fingerprint sensor.
Well, the Z casing is becoming quite warm after some heavy browsing. It's quite a serious problem in the Z.
Battery is about the same if I remember. Altough the Z1 camera is really sucking your battery.
And I think it worth that.
You see, Xperia z is a 2012 hardware wrapped in a fancy casing. The Z1 is the current top-notch hardware with some improvwment in the camera and display, so it worth it.

I love my HTC one. but that's my personal opinion, its nice to have a phone that just does what you want and works the way you want, and does nice things like put your pictures from the weekend in your blink feed on a Tuesday, to remind yea the week sucks but look what ya did last weekend. I am also highly vested in the Google eco system so android anything just works for me, opening Google now and having it tell me what my commute it going to be like every day and giving me options of other routes, or it knowing after I come home, everyday I go pick up my wife and it tells me how that commute is going to be, or how it will remind of searches I was doing early that day and asking me if I would like to continue my research. That is all part of Android and Google it's a little creepy sometimes but I like it. I refer to my phone as my creepy little stalker that lives in my pocket.

Well, mine was white tough.
But I think that's the same phone.
If you don't mind to live with Tegra 3, then you can give it a try.
The rest of the phone is amazing.
