Last night, I accidentally ate one tiny slice of Brie made with unpasteurised milk. Followed up by one too many beers and less than 5 hours of wholesome sleep, I feel predictably rotten today.

Just a suggestion towards your future weekend decisions, I'm guess'n it's not the brie.

Ew. Not a cheese guy at all. Pizza, some other things, that's it. Not on sammichs and darn sure not runny stuff like that. Ew.

Wrong brie. Baked Brie is best brie...eaten with apples.
bake this up real quick and eat during dinner prep for thanksgiving or any nice meal. oh its good.

Not at all, just the unpasteurised milk that gets me. 3 or 4 years ago something changed in my gut; unpasteurised milk and unfiltered beer are completely off the table. Last night was my fault, too, because I didn't read the ticket on the cheese. At least I only had one tiny slice...

I'm a huge cheese fan - especially when it gets a bit runny and pungent!

Alert - Potential TMI Situation!
I know my guts enough - this feeling is from the cheese. If it was too much beer, the problems would be much further down the line...

Baked Brie with nuts and cranberries is also very good, as long as it's been made with the right milk.

Also, this exact quantity of beer is unlikely to have much effect on me; it's more of a complicating factor than anything else:
If I had had the fourth one out of the pack, then maybe I'd be singing a different tune!

I once made a hamburger topped with brie and horseradish. It was amazing.

I'm pretty sure the brie had nothing to do with it.

Yeah. You should layoff that bad quality back alley dairy prison brie. Its the worst!
