Lemmie guess, waaay too much ginger flavor? While I have not had this one Hitachino Nest Ale is one of my all time favorites. If you like Belgian style ales try Nest.

I do enjoy ginger-brews, they are usually non-alcoholic in my experience.
Right now I am working on some Belgian beer, Leffe Blond. I also have some Goose Island IPA in the fridge.

I'd have to respectfully disagree with you on that one. Perhaps it's because yours was sent across the atlantic, it doesn't have a very long shelf life

That may be. It is one of the few beers I ever ordered but could not finish.
