Before I even watch that video, I can say with certainty that this comparison really bothers me, much as it does when people compare the Porsche 911 Turbo 4WD with the GT-R.

The GT-R is an insane Bugatti-killing racecar monster that has been restricted, fattened, tamed, and made pleasurable and comfortable for its kind. Cars like the 911 Turbo are built off of lower-priced and more pedestrian cars, brought just to the marginal cost limits of the vehicle's top capabilities, sometimes pushing the limits of what the factory components can do, something I think is very true with the new Corvette as well. The GT-R is not like this at all.

Nissan keeps selling itself short, and it won't just give us (factory) the goddamn 3600lb 700HP GT-R that it could easily do for the same MSRP.

Not to mention that the C7 is quite a bit cheaper. I just don't see the reason to make any conclusion from the comparison, and I hope they don't in the video.
