Why are most people perfectly fine with abusing their spouse, SO, or just the people around them in general?

I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. But me and most of my friends have been in that situation at several points in the last year or longer. And it's just making me lose my faith in humanity a little more everyday.

I think it's a severe lack of punches to the face.

Most people are not abusive. It sounds like you need to surround yourself with a new set of people.

There is a term for such people.

You know what I would say.

I won't say it.

I like goats.

It seems that most abuse begins under the age of 30. Most of the time the abused will leave after a point. The ones who stay have some problem, but I could be wrong. I have never abused a partner so I am not an expert. (and the women I hook up with are likely to take revenge at some point). No Barbies for me.

Wait, what? I am totally not okay with that sort of thing.

There are people who are? That's just sad.

Yea I work in a large district, so I do straight IT work, they make the poor teachers suffer, unless the school has a IT coordinator. But I help way more then I am allowed too. Like we don't support iPad's but my school has a bunch and so my wife and I usually help out after hours or take days off because of the rules. I am thinking about doing a after school class this year for the kids. politics really make the kids suffer the most, you probably understand how that works. Just like here's a dumb rule Smart boards where installed by a different department way before my time. so my support stops at the computer and some one else has to come and fix repair them, again politic's internally screwing the Teachers and kids.

I'm generally a pretty passive, laid back guy.

But in these cases, a good ass whooping of the abuser is called for. No cops, no courts, no lawyers. Just ass whoopings.
