I once call the cops when I found my car had moved ten feet forward, because of the person who parked behind it at the supermarket. His excuse, "I must have backed into him". The cops excuse "I can't arrest him for drunk driving without seeing him actually driving". The 24 pack of bud, in cans, the warm car, no other driver insight, and he was slurring his words.

My car has been a victim of touch parking before I got her. She has two dimples in her bumper from absurdly long bolts getting jabbed into it. I have since turned the bolts around so if someone wants to touch park they will get some nice scratches in their bumper. I don't understand why people think it is ok to use touch parking as and acceptable method of parallel parking.
