Look at the bright side, machines have no hair and don't spit in your food, and you don't need to tip them.

I'm ok with this. I'm not antisocial, but I find most times it's quicker to get your own meal.

They recently swapped our salad making station at our cafeteria with one you make it yourself and they charge by the oz. Much better than the surly, angry lady who didn't understand English who was back there before and wanted to add all the ingredients whether you liked it or not.

Nice, I still try to convince my boss that a $30.000 pizza vending machine, is a good investment.

Not really working, he already pays for our lunch, if we want to order it, and got new vending machines for the relation room 8 weeks ago(but they are not anything spectacular, only soda and packed snacks, like chips and candy).

I think that's too complicated for a machine to make, yet.

I've eat at these....a lot.... when drunk. They are put in the slots by humans. But still awesome way to buy fast food.

I do spot a problem with them, they only seem to work with coins, not with paper money too, this means that if don't have any change, you're gonna starve at only a piece of glass away from food.

For you and me, it's not that hard, but for a machine, that has to have fair price tag, that's another story. I'm sure NASA can build you one, for half a million dollars.

Netherlands is much more coin-heavy with the Euro, people always have coins. 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 cents and 1, 2 euro coins. So it's not a problem there.

If you are really desperate, when it's busy you can have your friend grab the food and then hold the door open ever so slightly so it stays unlocked and you grab the next thing they throw in there.

But that's like, stealing, and you can't do it at night, when there's nobody around. If they are smart enough, they will place a change vending machine next to those.

Some bar food can be pretty good, still what's in Ferrari's name is a kipburger or a feboburger?

Febo is the name of one of the chains that runs these machines.

Kip=chicken
