A friend of mine had a Toronado in high school. Massive and FWD. I think that I remember the drive layout being fairly complex.

It was batshit crazy, but it was one comfortable car even in worn out high school student trim, and for being so heavy it wasn't too bad in the snow. It did drink gas like it was getting kick backs from OPEC, though.
