I saw this today, I think I might try it. The only "winter seasonal" ale I liked last year was from Alaskan.

Snow Cap from Pyramid is my favorite of the seasonals, but Winterhook as on sale tonight...

I don't think I like snow cap very much. But yes, usually I try these things because they are on sale.

The hotel where I've been staying in Seattle has Red Hook IPA available.
I think it was called Big Fucking Hammer or something like that.
Not a bad IPA at all!
Since I'm flying out today I won't be able to sample this one which is too bad because I really like dark beers.

As it so luckily happened, this is what they gave us with lunch on our last day of the seminar!
Nice surprises FTW.

Long Hammer.
But I think BigFuckingHammer IPA would be a great beer name.
Would need to have an IBU of about 99....

You work in a much better industry than I do...

Yeah in some areas of the tech industry I've been treated very well.
It was nice to get one last local brew in before heading out.
Just riding the train to SeaTac now.
Gonna miss this place, it's nice.
If I had my druthers I'd be back up in Vancouver, but I think Seattle would come in at a close second.
