I would say it's a Peugeot 404 wagon

*quick GIS*

Hmmmm. I'm not sure. There are things off here.... Quite a few in fact, but the overall impression is very similar. Could be a local version?

It's very similar to the Peugeot 404, but it's a far rarer Fiat 2100.

A Pininfarina design from the era where they clearly had the same dude working on Peugeots and Fiats at the same time ?

Here's an article on Curbside Classic about the impact of the Chevrolet Corvair on car styling in Europe in the 1960s . The Corvair-esque beltline and lights were a common styling theme of the time.

Judging by the fact that it's a police-spec car, I'd more readily guess that it's a Fiat 1800.

I'll accept that. Most of these were junked before I was born, I found them on Wikipedia...

I'd go one step further than y'all and pontificate that as it's a Spanish Police vehicle, it's more than likely to be a locally-built SEAT 1500 Familiar. A low-cost version of the FIAT 1800 made in Barcelona.

Sorry, I posted my picture further up before I saw that you'd already answered.
