I have to create a political party, a campaign platform, and make a campaign poster. My party will be called Das Auto, it will be centered around the automobile, the party's logo will be the Nürburgring logo with the word "Nürburgring" switched for "Das Auto." What should my party platform be? The platform has to deal with three topics such as the environment, foreign affairs, etc. Ideas? I have to write everything in German, so keep it basic-ish.

There is an "Autofahrerpartei" in Germany. At the last time I folded out this voting poster to the full extent there was one.
Our voting booths are smaller than the the thing you have to put your cross on, so getting to see all these freak parties involves some tricky folding techniches.
Here's their website: http://www.autofahrerpartei.de/

Foreign Affairs: The party will only align themselves with countries that make nice automobiles, or that buy German automobiles. Primary trading partners will be the US, UK, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and UAE.
Environmental Protection: The party will encourage hybrid and electric technology, but only when developed for performance. Anyone caught owning a Prius will be summarily executed, and the vehicle will be melted down to serve as your coffin.
Military: The Das Auto Party is pro-military, and supports a highly mobile, light-armored fighting vehicles made up of primarily MB G Wagons (in both the 4 and 6 wheeled variety) and Lamborghini LM002s. Air Force will employ Rolls Royce engines in every plane.

Cool, looks like they were dissolved in 2002. Thanks Klaus!

Awesome! Do you mind if I steal some those ideas? I love the part about the hybrids for performance only.
