It's not that hard to win when your team has unlimited resources and are formed around your needs and demands. And the car is built specifically for your driving style. And, you act like a little shit all the time. I'm not going to post a picture here of you and your fucking pointy finger.

Rant. Over.

Most of that applies to Alonso and Ferrari as well, and they aren't winning.

Some facts:

Ferrari has a bigger budget than RBR.

Toyota has had the biggest ever budget in F1 and didn't make it but a few times to the podium.

Same with BMW.

Not a Vettel fan, I just like excellence.

So f— you, because it's NOT just the car.

"Not hard", my ass.

Is this a rant? Yes.

Would Vettel be 4x WC in a Ferrari, Mercedes, McLaren? No. Would many of the other drivers have been champions if they drove for Red Bull these past few years? Yes.

Vettel is a good driver, but he has had the benefit of a team and a car tailored for him and his driving style. As well as that he has had a better car than his team mate, he has full control of "his" team. (Multi 21 much?)

We will see his true F1 driver skill the day that ends, if it ever arrives. The fact is, he is not a 4x WC driver, yet. Same goes with Schumi IMO.

That's courtesy of motorsports as it's car + driver. Sometimes this car is better, sometimes another one. Same with drivers.

To reverse the rant: we don't know for sure if any other driver could have been the champion in the RB.

Although, Mark Webber wasn't THAT far off from sitting in almost exactly the same car, was he?

Webber had a very uncompetetive package at RBR with very low team support because if Vettel says they can't give Webber the part or the info they won't. I'm convinced he would've won more races with another team as a top driver, although he occasionaly really dis shine at RBR. I can't wait to see him at Porsche next year. Guy has been a Porsche fan for ages, must be something of a dream come true for him.

For the record: McLaren did the same thing all over again. Prost said when Senna started to look like having a shot at the world title in his first year, all of a sudden he got half of Prost's engineers and mechanics for himself and an extra spare car, etc. etc.

This is not a novelty.

You may like him or not, he won fair and square. He and his team was the best for the 4th time. Winning is not a friendly game of Twister in the backyard, I understand that. Winning has its price.

What I can't understand is ignorance by frustration.

I can't say I agree. Webber's simply not a very good driver, by F1 standards. I'm not convinced there's another driver on the grid who'd have done so poorly in that car. He must be absolutely outstanding at developing the car, or something, to have kept his seat at RB this long.

When you have a look at his career record, he's consistently been average at best.

"

This is all heresy since no F1 team has ever released to the public their annual budget.

Did you forget that Vettel won the Italian GP at Monza in a Scuderia Toro Rosso?

And any way you look at "Multi21", Red Bull Racing was using team orders to hold Vettel in second place while RBR expected Webber to take the checkered flag. I'm pretty sure that RBR would've rallied behind Webber if he was leading Vettel in the championship but it's been clear that Vettel is the better driver between the two.

With that being said, this season has been a snooze fest.

No, I'll always remember his victory at Monza (even though it was circumstancial). Vettel was a nice guy, but has turned into a primadonna, much like Schumi was at Ferrari.
