There has to be some issues with translation there because no native English speaker trying to sell an old Lancia would include the phrase “well used”.

An 80s Saab 9000, built in Italy, with a Ferrari V8 powering the front wheels. What could possibly go wrong?

I bought a well used 20 year old Lancia once. When I bought it: 200+k km on the odometer, AC was out, rust (at only 1 spot), clutch slipped badly, driver door lock broken, passenger side mirror lost somewhere, the trailer hitch seemed well used, one of the power windows didn’t work and I’m sure there were other issues too. I paid €450 for it and felt I overpaid.

It was a rebadged Peugeot though and it had led a hard life. The engine, fully rebuilt, lives on as I bought the Lancia as an engine donor for a Peugeot.

My point being: “well used” and Lancia can match.

Oh, they can match but normally a dealer wouldn’t be that honest especially with a brand not known for reliability.

I’d rather spend thrice as much and have this (stupid rare color for this car, production perhaps in single digits or low double digits):

Or this:

Name my price, huh:

China Blue on blue velour, yes:

Silly price, but amazing looking:

It has the look:

Now time to stop before I spend all day examining all of the nice looking 126s and 140s there.

I love the fact that when Europeans rebadge, they don’t even bother trying to hide the fact. I mean, come on.

I have never seen this feature in other car than a Toyota Century. The first of your 560 SELs seems to have such.

The passenger seat pass-through. That car is a Carat Duchatelet, a conversion available everywhere at the time, even in repressive Murka. I am not sure if the pass-through was unique to Japan imports, but I have never noticed it in another Carat before.
