If you have multiple drives, disconnect all the ones you don’t want to install windows to and try again with just one.
If the error pops up again, nuking the target drive may be necessary.

OK so I unplugged my secondary hard drive.
I disk part list disk and cleaned my primary ssd.
Still same. Error

Are you using a Dell? If so, Windows doesn’t like the default SATA drivers and will break the install. See here for a workaround.
If you don’t have the Dell problem, your SSD or your RAM might be corrupted. Run CHKDSK on the SSD and if that checks out but the error persists, swap it out for a different drive, then check the RAM.

Yeah physical would include USB. If it’s USB there’s a possibility that installing requisite drivers before sysprep is disturbing data transfer.
