Yea, I wouldn’t survive Florida’s summer. I don’t hate heat, but I loathe humidity and heat. I sweat like it’s going out of style, so I just feel constantly disgusting in hot humid places

I’m currently in Animal Kingdom but heading to Epcot shortly. I fly back up north tomorrow evening.
The crowds are nowhere near as bad today.

You just need to have a plan and use the Disney app for fast passes and ordering food and things will go much smoother than you’d think for such a crowded park

Orlando weather is quite odd. When I went there in January 2014 in the same week the temperature was 46.4 °F (Being Brazilian, that’s cold as fuck for me) and two days later it was touching 80 °F.

i heard on the news the other day that on christmas day the magic kingdom hit capacity and they closed the gates for 5 hours. im just like nope. i get stressed at the mall the week before christmas lol. id rather go in late february

Animal kingdom is a bit easier than MK because it’s not just waiting in line for things. There’s zoo/aquarium elements to keep you occupied.

Haha. True. Someone said they got capacity yesterday too, but I haven’t seen anything to confirm that. When it’s busy you have to be an expert in working the fast pass system to do anything efficiently

Kind of. I haven’t seen light up ones but they are a wristband that look like a watch. Fast passes can be loaded to those or you can use a credit card type thing instead. The wrist bands are easier though and you can load your park ticket and even a credit card to it.

Most of the Eastern half of the US seems to get some wild swings in temperature. Earlier in November we went from almost 70F one week to under 30F the next in Wisconsin
