Fucking hell, those look excellent.

Why lemon, though? I don’t think I’ve have lemon and chocolate before - it’s typically orange or raspberry that I see with chocolate.

How do you get such a nice, even coating of chocolate? Mine usually end up with some sort of spoon mark or large pedestals.

There are plenty of ugly ones up close... personally I think that’s what gives it that human touch.

What you see in the middle there is some of the center exposed.
