That looks paper thin. How did you get it to not tear?

No lingonberries? 4/10.

Box literally tells me to serve with lingonberries. To which I reply, “what-berry? Berry... BlackBerry jam... close enough.”

I dunno, I don’t have a griddle, so I just tried them in a little bit of butter on a frying pan on medium heat.

As lovely as these look, if I had a 2JZ in my driveway, my hangover cure would be a 5,000+ RPM blast to the nearest espresso bar.

Unless I use the shifting buttons on the steering wheel, not too likely it even gets near 5,000 rpm.

That’s why I call those the noisemaker buttons. Not greatest for simulating manual shifts. But good for keeping revs up for no other reason than burning gas and being loud.

You’re supposed to use Lingonberries. Based on common berries in the PNW that you might encounter, the closest-related berries are blueberries & huckleberries.

Isn’t all maple syrup organic?

And officially those are crêpes. I just had some ham and cheese crêpes for supper.
