I was told people are lightingfireworks but from herethey sound like gunshots... Oh... Of course... Since its the north of Mexico it must be gunshots I feel like I am judging without making any sense of the situation OMG ANOTHER ONE...

So each culture celebrates the “holidays” differently. For New Years one side of my family goes out and bangs on pots and pans... the other side and the side that bangs on pots and pans drinks heavily........ to each their own and sometimes gun shots.

Well, they are throwing fireworks, I suspect because every police officer “Called in sick” on this day and are barbecuing with their families rather than checking these people out... but I like that it happened.

I live in a community of about 350K in SE Washington St. Just about every major holiday the local news confirms that they weren’t all fireworks and someones car got hit by a projectile from the heavens. Pretty sure its probably the same handful of morons everytime and they just haven’t been caught . Be safe out there.
