!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Outside of the garage for the first time in maybe about 6 years! It needed a new fuel pump and a new fuel pump relay but it runs! Now there’s an oil leak we have to figure out and the thermostat might be dead as it overheats, BUT IT RUNS!!!!

So you bought it?
The car looks lovely, even though black is not the best colour for this specific car.
It is very probable that the thermostat is gone if the car has been siting for so long. The Alfa that I am currently driving was sitting for a year and the thermostat was gone when I bought it. At least it is easy to troubleshoot.
And, pff, an Italian car without an oil leak, is like a BMW driver using his blinkers(most probably head gasket as it was sitting so long).
Now off I go to look if there is some new, cheaper, HFs for sale here in Europe, from the last time I looked.

Not yet no, I have to sell my car first as owning two would generate lots of problems here in term of paperworks (I need to get proof of a second parking spot and stuff like that...). So as soon as it’s repaired, I sell my car at auction and get this one pretty much right away. It’s my only car so I need the car change process to go smoothly and quickly so that I don’t end up without a personal car for too long. There’s no emergency on my side and on the seller’s side...
And yes, the thermostat is most certainly guilty, not too worried about that, but the leak is quite big, making it smoke quite a lot as it drips on the exhaust manifold... It really needs to be fixed. Hopefully it’s nothing too annoying.
