If you think about it, cheap box wine is better than the cheap stuff in bottles because it’s not exposed to air and therefore doesn’t oxidize like an open bottle. No need to deal with any fancy devices to remove the air from a bottle and reseal it.

Bota box is pretty good as far as the boxed stuff goes. If memory serves, some of the Bandit brand whites were worth drinking. I would stay away from the Black Box brand and Franzia, of course.

Friend in college loved Franzia. Bota isn’t bad. I’m not picky about wine anyway so it works.
