My 3rd annual gingerbread cookies are done. This year I made half into vehicles. Some jeeps, convertibles, beetles, truck and my dad loves the Chevy ZR2 so I made two of those.
All the round cookie cutters are too big so I used a medicine cup (cleaned)for the wheels and drivers heads, then used a sharp knife to cut out the cars.

these are adorable, id say delicious but to be honest i hate gingerbread cookies. they are the worst of all the christmas cookies
