Well, BMW of San Antonio has you covered, they’ve got this E90 M3 for a mere $22.5k. I’m sure at least one of our San Antonio residents needs a new car. Just one slight problem:

Where’s the third pedal? That said, pretty good deal if you can live with the DCT.

Found one a while back with 100k more than that on it.

The values on the DCT cars have come down big time, manual ones are still up there. You can find an 2008 with a stick, but since they only imported 1055 LCI E90s with a 6MT, they seem to be holding their values better.

That’s good to hear. It’s only been a year since I bought my E92 stick. That would’ve been... sucky.

2009. But it was a garage queen. It only had 26k on the clock when I picked it up.

Damn, that’s like nothing. My E90 had 15.7k on it when I got it back in 2014. It’s sitting at 42k right now.

I know you were away for a while, but apparently I’m collecting E9Xs. I got a 2009 E92 328i in March that the original owner only put 40k on, it’s now got over 60k on it.

lol. That’s quite the hobby. I don’t blame you though - these things kinda spoiled me.

Have you run into HPFP issues?

Yeah, the M3 spoiled me, so I had to get another BMW to DD.

Shouldn’t run into that issue, thought they only affected the turbo cars.

LOL @ “MSRP” on a used car listing.

Gotcha. For some reason, I was thinking the 328i had a turbo on it.

Maybe cause the new 328i’s come with it.

Gonna go rattle can paint the Accord, then learn a bunch of artsy mumbo jumbo and then trade it in as an “Art” car for them to display. So they can show off how cultured and supporting they are of local artists!

Wonder if BMW of SA will take it as a trade in.

Okay, since you look at these daily, what would you guess mine’s worth? Has the third pedal, of course, but an ‘08, 110k miles, a fair share of rock chips on the front, some interior wear on the seats. I’m thinking I might be able to get $20k for it if I had to sell it.

I would say 20-22k, it’s a very desirable color with the correct transmission. They don’t really seem to dip bellow 20k, unless it’s a high mileage DCT E93. This one is comparable to yours, going for 20k.

I’d probably have to pay the fees for them to enter it to an auction.
