The sounds are from a real Ferrari but apparently it had too rough suspension to carry the high tech camera so a comfy and fast 450SEL 6.9 acted as the camera car.

i can barely watch that movies... I know all the streets and roads and I also know that the engine just doesn’t match the car in any way... I’m not sure why this movie is popular among gearheads. It’s about as bad as shifting up a Supra 20 times in FF2 lol
EDIT: Rhhhaaaa I tried watching it again... At 30s to 50s he is in what sounds to be top of 4th gear, shifting into 5th. But in the video he is going soooo damn slow when in reality he should be going well over 200kph! Can’T watch, too awful, don’t get it.
RE-EDIT: 2min30... He downshifts into 1st?? and when it took him 20+ seconds to get from 4th to 5th earlier he then proceeds to rev from 1st to top of 5th in less than 30s, all that to get stuck in top of 5th behind a freaking Renault 4L?? RHAAAA why do you guys like this thing?? It’s awful!!!

The video was shot with an automatic transmission Mercedes (3 speed?)...what you don’t like is a somewhat poorly edited, over-layed soundtrack of a Ferrari.
