Someone must really love this. Driven in the rain and it’s absolutely beautiful. Washington Oppos - I don’t recognize that plate style. You?

I wish I could go back in time and tell myself 5 years ago: “Buy an FJ60 now while you can, because you’ll never be able to afford one in the future.”

That would have been a solid investment.
So what’s the “affordable” land cruiser now? The 80? How are the generations grouped price wise..? Paging HammerHeadFistPunch

RPM aka rpM3 aka RPM eSQ sold his FJ80 for a low, low 4.something grand this last summer. There will never be one that cheap in that good of shape ever again.

“Buy a Fj60 now while you still can, because you’ll never find one that isn’t rusted out in the future”
I know three families who have sent their 60 series out to pasture over rusted frames and engine mounts- and they weren’t on mud- just regular people.
80s are hip now, the 100s are next but in all seriousness a first gen sequoia makes me want to do dumb things to them..

HA! The 80 is probably the second least affordable Land Cruiser after the 40 series. Debatable based on how new of a 100 or 200 you’re looking at.
