This honestly doesn’t ring a bell with me...probably because I spent too much time watching Monty Python and Dr. Who on WTTW Ch. 11.

Also, doesn’t Santa look like an asian characture from 40's wartime Looney Tunes?

He does, and I don’t know why. This short was shown on WGN, along with all of their other kids programming like Gigglesnort Hotel, Ray Rayner, Garfield Goose, Bozo. Back in the days when local stations produced their own shows. Good stuff.
