Probably nothing. I’m still a bit full from the ‘clean out the leftovers’ session from today’s late lunch (which was mostly goulash and mixed vegetables). If anything, It’ll probably be some baked cheese crunchy thingies from Trader Joe’s and some sparkling water.
I’ve had Poutine on the brain lately, and if I don’t go anywhere tomorrow that’s probably what I’ll prepare. It’ll be a bit different, using either tater tots or has browns, depending on what I find in the freezer. I’ve recently found a source for cheap cheese curd, so at least I can do that portion correctly.

Current plan is to take the leftover crock pot chicken that I have, bread that with panko, and saute it at a nice high heat to make it crispy. Along with a microwave baked potato (the best way to make a baked potato) loaded up with some butter, salt, garlic, black pepper, and parsley. Probably some frozen broccoli heated up as well. Should be a simple enough meal that will give me energy for a 2.5 hour drive into the high desert afterwards!

I’m not gonna bother with a photo, but some leftover chicken and rice. The chicken was cooked with a mix of paprika, smoked paprika, Japanese soy sauce, garlic, and ground coriander. Yeah it’s a weird spice mix but it’s tasty.
I’ll also have some salad. This component is not exciting.

That looks so good. Last year when I visited Montreal we had poutine every day. It was spectacular.
Tonight I have a super dry turkey ham sandwich since it was the cheapest thing I could find that was quick

Oh nice. What method you use to make curds? I’m a sucker for Renner, but I’ll use the lemon juice technique in a pinch.
I just made some venison steals, asparagus and cheesy potatoes.
