It’s probably against aviation rules to have fun at the airport so the guy is probably already fired and facing penalties for endangering something. It probably doesn’t matter if the airport is shutdown and nothing is flying but aviation is very serious about everything.

Two things the Dutch don’t like: snow and clowning around. Though, also knowing the Dutch, I imagine the baggage handlers have conveniently provided a description of the suspect in this case (also conveniently wearing KLM colors):
