Damn. Wasn’t spark plug & coil. Continued so looked it up. May be an integrated fuel pump relay on the fuse box above. When testing in afternoon warm (60°F) it always started. Waiting until colder & no start to try & test relay fuse.
I had some YOuTube videos linked, but upon trying to edit before posting it all got deleted....

Not getting spark, or not delivering fuel?

Not sure on either. Checked the codes and came up with cyl3 misfire, so I started with that.
This has been a thing since Thursday when my wife called or text and said it wasn’t starting.
From what she said sounded like a cold & old battery.
When it finally didn’t turn over for me, I knew it was not battery and something else. Pulled codes and started with that.
Still nothing. Would start, then not. Then start later 5-6 times in a row.
Looked on the YouTube. And came up with what was mentioned earlier. But can’t rule that out until it fails to start.

“Not turning over” = no crank. You mean not firing , right?
Either way, the battery’s still a possibility. I’ve seen batteries strong enough to run the starter motor (and *sound good* while doing so), but be too weak to keep the PCM awake at the same time.
The problem might ultimately be like a fuel pump or something, but I don’t want to lead you on a wild goose chase by not verifying power first. You can probably skip the battery load test (since it goes from no-start to multiple successful starts), and move on to a voltage drop test instead.
Also, maybe hit it with some starting fluid and see how it reacts...

I’mma try in AM when cold. And I’m hung over (possibly)
If there isn’t voltage at fuel pump fuse I think that’ll be it.
Test:
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Bypass/ temp fix I’ll do Monday
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Part # & external relay from.. guys
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I will call dodge and see about part & if any outstanding recalls Monday.

No juice at fuel pump fuse when attempting start this morning. So... ordering part thing as soon As they open. A few wires to solider and if it donesnt fix it, burn it.

Part thing... TIPM?

Basically you cut wires from underneath TIPM and ad an additional external fuel pump relay. About $20 kit.
