Hot rod meant to resemble a ZAZ 968, using a part of a Mini body shell, and possibly built on some other donor platform. I’m thinking it was done similar to that Volga M21 A:Level built on a BMW 6-Series.

My guess is; a Mini greenhouse, the chassis of a Audi TT (not because of the mirrors, because those don’t quite match), the front lower aero from a Porsche 911. Oh, and copious amounts of insanity and fiberglass
