My son wants to practice the 12 principles of animation. I didn’t even know that was a thing.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Can anyone recommend Animation software that is appropriate for beginners? He has good drawing skills. Help me help him bring his drawings to life!

Kinja'd!!!

There’s pivot, it won’t really use your sons drawing ability but he’ll be able to get some stuff down. It’s easy to learn.

It’s a good idea. I think he’s burned through a few notebooks that way. He’s ready for a software solution.

if he runs out of post its, and gets in a bind he can always use the corners of his text books. there isnt anything particularly important in them anyhow..... one day he’ll learn the world is round, right?......

Yeah, but he really, really wants to use software....

Oh, and I think he only has one textbook this year. Everything else is on his computer.
