I like matte. I almost never see it except at car shows, so it’s a nice change of pace. And I don’t love the current X5, but older models are cool.
Change it to a yellow X6 and you’ll get a much different response.

I’ve sat in the current gen X5/X6 and they have, by far, the best interior you can get out of a German (ACHOOO AMERICAN) car.
But Matte? dude... no.... even the bumper protection plate which is normally some silverish colour is wrapped.

I see matte as a way to downplay attention to the car, while anything shiny/glossy/chrome is the opposite.
So the obnoxious opposite for me would be any kind of chrome plating or customized bright colors (both of which I see all the time).

if you want more light/ppl to see you, add some auxiliary LED spots and call it a day.

The second worst thing about the X6M wrap is the wrap, the first being it’s an X6M.
