Red accents have been a Type-R thing for a while now. Look at recent gen CTRs. Maybe I haven’t seen reactions from other countries but they’ve had it. Maybe I’m hearing more compaints on it now that the US has it. But I agree that someone the other stuff is way extra.

I struck up a conversation with the owner of that dealer and surprised the socks off him when I told him all I knew about this car, including the fake vents and insane markup. But he still liked me, he said there aren’t many 14 year olds who know much about anything related to cars. He said we can have a free oil change and rotation for our car. So if you’re running a bit low on cash for maintenance or are that and too lazy to change it yourself make sure you teach your kids about cars haha

It’s just too much. The red badges are great. I could probably even live with the red pinstripe all the way around on the lip, side skirts and diffuser. But the red lines on the wheels (also hate them on the 991.2 GT3, but they’re an option) and all the red lines on the trim inside - it’s just overdone.

I know I’m old because this thing is hideous. High school me would’ve loved it. But high school me existed in the early days of the F&F franchise so that was cool then. It could be the best car in the world and I still wouldn’t be interested in it because I couldn’t live with looking at it every day (inside or out).

Yeah black is best at obscuring that kinda junk but it fails to do so on this car. White is the worse at doing that.
