Get the fuck out of here. F1 drivers are lean and in great shape but it’s mostly all cardio and conditioning work. They’re a lot of things, but deep into the realm of “male only performance” they are not.

eh f1 is reflexes and endurance... no reason women couldnt compete at the top level... hell they’d probably have an advantage being mostly smaller and lighter......if sponsors could get past their lack of peen

I just saw those tweets by that random dude about how he could kick 99% of women’s ass even if they’re trained in BJJ. And apparently a woman in his weight class who is trained in BJJ is down to kick his ass. I hope he doesn’t bitch out and she chokes him out.

Indeed. High level racing drivers (GT, Prototype, Open wheel) worldwide tend to have the same common factor to compete:
High % mental over much lower % physical.
FP commentors can beat their chests all day, they are NOT professional driver’s, simply adult children spewing idiotic garbage. FP editors try to make points but all shots miss far and wide.

The only reason that a female F1 driver is not a thing at the moment is that none of the thousands of highly skilled (and far more experienced than male middle aged me) female racers out there have access to the coin necessary to buy themselves a seat.
Either that or the ones that do have that sort of coin aren’t prepared to waste it on F1 inanity.
If world beating skills and fitness were the only prerequisite for F1 how does one explain some of the woeful driving by the current crop of back markers?

Facts. All you need for F1 is cardio and reasonable fitness. Anybody can do that, it’s not like you’re dunking on anybody.

If I was really trying to come up with a reason why women wouldn’t be strong enough to compete with men as race car drivers... their necks are skinnier than guys on average, and so they might not be able to endure the weight ...nope, nevermind that’s an endurance problem as well.
