Well, considering most of Atlanta is a commuter city. There’s no way in hell a cyclist could get to most of the areas on that map. Also, the map is a huge area. Not any way bike-able
They won’t expand Marta and even if they did it would be run by a bunch of idiots even further into the ground. The walkable/cycling areas are primarily just in the richer, whiter parts.

This is why I won’t live anywhere too far from work, or too inconvenient, for public transit or cycling.
