Double bacon double cheese burger and fries.
First done the bacon, then the burger, toasted the bun, then added the cheese to the burgers, then before serving added the bacon on top of the cheese. Fried the fries then drained, tossed into the pan of bacon and burger juice then salted before serving.
I know how some feel about ketchup, but I add a little mustard giving a lovely tang.

Is that Mozerella? I’d like to think that I’m not the only one who puts Mozerella on burgers... Those fries look good too.

No it’s mild white cheddar. Mozzarella is nice but better grated and mixed with grated mild white cheddar.
I did the burger and fries in a griddle pan so the fries have a nice stripey look.

i usually pan fry the buns with a little butter and a toe of garlic

I sometimes do the buns in the griddle pan too.
I do the burgers, then before finishing I move the burgers over and then add the buns and let the excess burger fat soak into the buns and toast.

i have to keep the buns seperate....missus is veggi so learnt to add flavourings
(if it were just for me i’d just throw everything in the same pan and revell in tthe meatjuices)

They are microwave fires.
Which are okay and edible if your in a hurry but they are a convenient size and quantity for throwing in a fryer.
