Exxon near me uses that graphic. Probably has to do with the pump manufacturer rather than the brand of gas.

Those are official Sunoco pumps. The chain must be owned by then because every Sunoco around me uses that image and text for 93 Octane. If I dig enough I could find a picture of it.

It did used to be a Conoco until the local company bought it about a year ago. Makes sense.
