Audi still exists on jack stands with the trans torn out. Engine is 100% in spectacular shape. The entire car is spotless inside and out with everything working on it. No money and very hard to hind round these parts. Might have to sell it to a friend of the fam who had time to part it out. He has offered $1,000 and I am considering it.

For a while I would get the mexican flag enchiladas to try out all three. Red always wins. Most of NM can do a mean green though. What I love about living in EP is stuff comes spicy without a warning. I’ve also gained 10 lbs since living here

My wife does this thing where she gets a thing of Oreos:
Deices them
Mixes the icing with Philadelphia cream cheese
Grinds the cookie parts down to a fine crumble
Mixes it all back together in a uniform ball of awesome
makes a bunch of little balls and places on a flat pan
Puts them in the fridge

Strangely, I think stacked with an egg on top is more of a New Mexican food thing. It is hard to find in Las Cruces/El Paso, but pretty much the standard way they come in the northern part of the state. Northern and Southern New Mexico are very different places.

Funny you say that because I personally think original is the best hands down followed by reduced fat followed by well done originals but none of them compare to the snack size from a vending machine. I guess because when I’m eating from a vending machine I’m desperate but something about it they always seem wayyyy better. Side note a large portion of cheezit’s are made in a location in NC and through work I have had to visit it multiple times and they sell at full price snack sized cheezit bags in the lunch room vending machines... I would riot and burn the place down though I have been offered free cheezit’s while onsite so guess no one is wasting their hard earned money. Furthermore they make the snack cracker packs at the same site and they are apparently the more dangerous food to produce according to this graphic I snapped while there.
