Is this the legendary GM syncromesh TF?

I know I’ve seen it under the AC Delco name, but I didn’t know if this was the same stuff, or a knock off. I ask, because I did some research on my missing fifth gear issue. Apparently that transmission had a weak 5th & R shift fork which would prematurely wear the syncronizers. Since it doesn’t go into fifth at all, doesn’t even grind, I figure 5th is beyond saving. But people who still had working, but grinding sycros said the GM syncromesh helped quite a bit with the problem.

So I’m just hoping I’ll be able to keep reverse alive while I have the car.
