Same* but I would imagine once it’s on you can get somewhere. I’m no real fan of the Prius so I have no idea how it works but it should still have a “regular” battery right?

That could mean multiple things though.
Is the Prius not even turning on? That means the 12 volt is low/dead, and jump-starting it will help.
Is the Prius failing to start its engine? That has nothing to do with the 12 volt side.

12 volt battery runs computers and the high-voltage contactor
Computers enable the high-voltage contactor, turning on the high-voltage battery
High-voltage battery propels the car and is also used to start the engine.
Dead 12 volt means you get nothing, and if that’s the only problem, jumping it should be very effective.

It depends on what’s wrong with it.
Almost every hybrid and EV has a 12 volt sealed lead acid battery, just like a normal ICE car for the 12 volt side of things. That runs all the computers, and for safety reasons, the computers boot up and then the high-voltage contactor is enabled. (In my Prius, when I hit the start button, there’s a *clunk* as that contactor closes.)
So, if that battery’s dead, you can jump the car with that. It won’t take much to get things working, though - revving to 2000 won’t do shit, you’ll probably just need to plug in the jumper cables and then you’re fine - and most hybrids charge their 12 volt system off of their high-voltage system, too.
Early Honda hybrids also had a dedicated 12 volt starter motor in case the hybrid system failed (which it did, a lot, largely because of the terrible battery management), and can start the engine with that if the IMA motor can’t get it started.

Yeah, after “charging” the hybrid system like it says in the manual, a simple google showed that i just needed to power the 12v and the car took care of the rest.
