I look forward to the pictures of the final product.
No, pictures of the vehicle, not the IPA remnants.

Wait. Do you mean, like, instead of a “double IPA” which is becoming so commonplace that it’s just DIPA now at craft beer places, it’s a 4x IPA? Is that even a thing? If so, is it like drinking a pinecone?
I mean, I love hoppy beer, and always have, so this hop craze that’s going on right now is fine with me. I like lots of other stuff, too, though; I can only handle so much hoppiness. Anyway. Tell me more about this beer....

Interesting! Shipyard does some cool stuff. I’m guessing that’s just a name, and it’s not some quadruple IPA... I don’t think anyway....

you actually got me thinking about it so i looked it up. there are certain types of hops that are typically used, but not necessary. A double hop usually has a higher alcohol content which comes from the amount of fermentable sugars which comes from malts. Go i guess more malts = more sugars = more alcohol. So a quad IPA would have even more malts but then you get into barleywine territory so I think XXXX IPA is just a name.
